Swofford Challenge Course

The Swofford challenge course is a blend of teambuilding and team activities, designed by a trained facilitator to take individuals and groups beyond their own expectations, meet group goals, bond with their group, and complete each task given. The challenge course experience is one of both learning and fun. Your team will be presented with challenges that require communication, trust, good decision making, teamwork, leadership, and action to solve. The challenge course facilitates growth and learning by placing existing teams or even strangers together, challenging them, and molding them into a cohesive group.
